Micromouse is a famous robotics competition, where robots navigate in maze to find the target location. The mazes can be easy - where it is enough to follow the wall, or difficult - where the maze has to be traversed and at least some tracking of the previously discovered corridors must be done. We have participated in Micromouse contest with a wall-fallowing robot built competely using LEGO (except of IR distance sensors).

We are trying to improve, and currently we are programming using Nanocon board.

Currently all sensor and board functionality has been tested, it only needs to be put into a box:

Micromouse 2B

  • A simple program for testing the setup of the robot that allows scanning the sensors, ultrasonic sensor,

and controlling the motors is here: micromouse_setup.zip.
